Governance Committee

The DMA's Governance Committee plays a key role in helping the DMA meet its responsibility to uphold the direct marketing industry's self-regulatory framework.
The Governance Committee is on hand at all times to provide the DMA's Councils with help and advice on all relevant regulatory, legal, DM Code, and best practice issues. It is also the responsibility of the Governance Committee to maintain continuous dialogue with the Councils to maximise awareness and understanding of these issues within all direct marketing channel sectors.

The Governance Committee comprises representatives of the DMA's secretariat, Councils, Advisory Board, Board of Directors and membership, as well as the Direct Marketing Commission.
